How do I track the status of my order?
You will be able to track the status by logging to your account and going to “My Account”. Under my account, click on “My Orders”; here you will see the complete history of your orders placed with MiamiDope family. You will be able to track down the status of your pending/ongoing orders.
If you are not logged in to your, you may directly scroll down to the bottom of the homepage and find “Locate your Order section”. Enter your Order Number, Billing Last Name or Email Address to be able to track your order.
What are the delivery charges for my location?
Shipping Charges are decided based on the location you choose to deliver the order. You will be able to check the shipping cost on the Shopping Cart page.
How much time will my order take to reach me?
As much as we love to deliver your product soon after your payment has been successfully received at our end, we are dependent on the shipping firms to get it dispatched to you. Trust us, the time would not go beyond 5-7 business days.
